Description
National Storage Affiliates (NYSE: NSA) is a fast-growing, publicly traded 5th largest real estate investment trust (REIT) in self-storage. NSA and its subsidiaries are staffed by a dynamic team of accomplished professionals.
We are looking for a Full-Time Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team.
Our ideal candidate will:

• Have a minimum of 1 years experience recruiting
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Live and work in Eastern or Mountain times zones.

Reporting to the Talent Manager, you will primarily be supporting the recruiting process for our store personnel throughout the US, with focus on identifying qualified and motivated candidates in a timely manner.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
• Schedules interviews
• Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

Compensation: $19/hr to $22/hr
Work Location: 100% remote. You must be able to work various flexible hours including Saturdays.
This role is a fully remote position. The successful candidate is preferred to be in eastern or central time zones and can live in any of the following eligible States: Arizona, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah or Washington.
