The Warehouse Associate mobilizes the gear we need to build and takedown event structures according to plan. InProduction has solid planning, scheduling and communication systems in place. A strong work ethic, self-motivation,communication, organization, attention to detail and follow up are critical for success in this position.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, inspect, load, unload and operate delivery vehicles.
- Help maintain a safe and orderly work environment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Check products for defects and accuracy.
- Pull, pack and ship finished goods.
- Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and perform regular maintenance.
- Pull orders from shelves and secure them on pallets.
- Communicate with managers to identify equipment in need of maintenance.
- Ensure tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained properly at the end of each shift.
- Other duties as required.
Requirements
- Familiar with basic hand tools.
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 75 lbs.
- Experience loading and unloading flat-beds and trailers.
- Willing to travel occasionally to sites under construction in the U.S.
- Ability to occasionally work overtime.
- Maintenance and small engine repair skills preferred.
- Ability to stay on your feet throughout the workday.
- Willingness to learn the proper use of industrial equipment.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred.
- Ability to read and follow safety instructions.
Application Requirements
- Forklift License Preferred (we are willing to certify you).
- Current Valid Driver's License.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Pass background check and drug screening requirements.
Work Environment
- May be required to work outdoors.
