Store Manager Position

The Store Manager oversees the Brake Masters facility and is responsible for:

1. Controlling costs
2. Building a loyal clientele
3. Maintaining good employee relations
4. Achieving sales and profit objectives
5. Maintaining overall day-to-day operations at the store level

Additionally, they must possess excellent communication and multitasking skills to satisfy service concerns of all customers, ensuring that service is performed at the highest level and operating the facility profitably. As with all positions within Brake Masters, store managers are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards.

Position requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years automotive service industry experience
• At least 5 years of management experience managing a similar operation
