Job Title: Operations Manager

Job Description:

Pay Range: $84.65hr - $89.65hr

  • Support implementation of Product & Operations continuous roadmap leveraging Air table tooling to capture projects, initiatives, and features across Trust.
  • Lead tooling for Trust, building a planning system, including resource allocations, capacity planning, roadmap planning, and dashboards using Air table.
  • Collaborate with Trust Leads, Planning Managers, and key stakeholders to create a comprehensive long-term plan (3-5 years).
  • Develop a visualization of long-term roadmaps for all disciplines within Trust, including Product, PMO, and Operations.
  • Ensure the approved long-term plan aligns with organizational goals and strategic objectives.

Skills:

  • Project management (PMP preferred).
  • Process optimization, resource allocation, capacity planning, roadmap planning.
  • Stakeholder management (getting what you need from stakeholders).
  • Effective communication.

Technical Skills:

  • Asana, Air table, Google microsite, Google Sheets / Excel proficiency.
  • Visualizations skills (creating dashboards).
  • Roadmap creation (product, resourcing, intake).
  • 5-7+ years of proven experience in Planning, Operations, or Consulting roles preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with project management tools, specifically Air table (and others, including Asana, Confluence, Jira).
  • Strong proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.), including formulas for automation.
  • Proven ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels, facilitating collaboration and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify patterns and trends in incident data.
  • Strong skills in creating visualizations and roadmaps to communicate long-term plans effectively.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, Risk Management) or equivalent; MBA preferred.
