Job Summary
Work closely with the Game Development team consisting of artists, sound designers, mathematicians, and game designers to implement and refine new game ideas. The Software Engineer should be a dynamic contributor to ensuring a fun, consistent, and competitive product that enhances player enjoyment.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Game Development team consisting of artists, sound designers, mathematicians, and game designers to design, develop, modify, review, test, and document software in a fast-paced environment.
- Establish, monitor, and achieve goals with minimal supervision.
- Work to improve software development processes including requirements, design, and testing.
- Ensure product conforms to customer performance expectations.
Qualifications Required
- BS required in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong C# skills; C++ skills are a bonus.
- 3D graphics programming experience a plus.
- Unity experience a plus.
- Strong math skills a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills, good oral and written communication skills, and a high level of interpersonal skills.
- Must be a self-motivated team player with the ability to work in a customer-oriented, very fast-paced, and demanding environment.
- Ability to bring projects to completion with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to meet or exceed set project milestones and deadlines, which may entail extra work time as needed.
