Responsibilities:Leading a team of Hospital Specialists in a Matrix environmentDocument and recommend changes to existent processes as part of workflow redesign to align to new Strategic Account Management structureCoordinate account activity and workflow, including but not limited to the creation of presentation materials,Facilitate team meetings and liaising with internal and external teamsConduct research and reporting as needed, including market and network researchEnsure effective communications amongst cross-functional teams (including scheduling meetings and follow-ups, and managing weekly and/or monthly reports)Work closely with numerous departmental partners, including operations, clinical quality, financial analysis, ancillary, population health, sales, and marketingMaster Health Insurance industry knowledge especially Healthfirsts operating model by working closely with key individuals from various departments and showing willingness to learnCompile meeting minutes and ensure follow-up items and tactics are tracked and completed on a timely basisMinimum Requirements:At the minimum, two to five years work experience in the healthcare industryStrong communication skills (both verbal and written)Excellent organizational skillsAbility to develop relationships and partner with external and internal business stakeholdersDesire to learn more about the healthcare industry in general and dynamic New York market specificallyAbility to align and coalesce numerous team membersCoordinate/leverage internal resources appropriately to achieve strategic action plan goalsAbility to identify areas for improvementSupport various project implementation and complete additional administrative duties as applicableExperience with process reengineering documentationStrong problem-solving skillsProficiency with Microsoft suite of applicationsWE ARE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
