Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Posit and RStudio for data exploration, visualization, and model development.
- Onboard customers and assist with Posit and RStudio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights and solutions.
- Manage the full lifecycle of data analysis projects, from data collection and cleaning to analysis and presentation of results.
- Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets, using both standard statistical tools and innovative data analysis techniques.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for non-technical stakeholders to communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proficient in R, with significant experience using Posit (formerly RStudio) for data analysis and model development.
- Strong experience with SQL and familiarity with Python or other programming languages.
- Demonstrable experience in using statistical and machine learning techniques for analyzing and solving complex problems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to handle customer success and support activities.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to stakeholders from various departments.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with big data technologies such as Databricks, Spark, SparkR.
- Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques, such as simulation, scenario analysis, modeling, clustering, decision trees, neural networks, etc.
- Knowledge of Generative AI technologies like OpenAI and LLMs.
- Experience with cloud services like Azure or AWS.
- Knowledge of SAS/SAS Viya.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 base salary based on knowledge and years of experience.
