Senior Vice President
Reports to: CEO
The Senior Vice President at Frontline Group is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market presence in the Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) industry. This position will focus on delivering BPO and professional services to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), as well as scaling our flagship product, Frontline Connect . The successful candidate will lead sales and marketing initiatives across all divisions—Frontline Services, Frontline Call Center, and Ternio—while also managing referral and partner channels, such as Telarus, to drive new business.
This position will work directly with the executive team and will be required to meet weekly.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Strategic Sales and Marketing Leadership
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that align with company goals, targeting the SMB market in the CCaaS and BPO sectors.
- Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to set company revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Drive the strategy for Frontline Connect and promote the full range of services offered by Frontline Group.
- Referral and Partner Channel Development
- Manage and grow relationships with referral partners like Telarus, ensuring a steady pipeline of business through these channels.
- Develop strategies to identify and onboard new referral partners, expanding the company's reach in the market.
- Collaborate with the partner team to create incentive programs, co-marketing efforts, and joint sales strategies with partners.
- Track and report on referral partner performance, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Sales Team Leadership and Development
- Lead and mentor the sales team to drive new business opportunities, particularly through partner channels and direct sales efforts.
- Set clear performance goals, KPIs, and objectives for the sales team, fostering a results-driven culture.
- Implement tools and processes, including CRM systems, to optimize sales activities and track pipeline performance.
- Marketing Strategy and Execution
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness of Frontline Group’s products and services.
- Oversee the digital marketing strategy, including content marketing, social media, SEO, and SEM to drive lead generation.
- Ensure the consistency of messaging across all marketing channels, focusing on the unique value propositions of Frontline Connect and our services.
- Product Marketing and Sales for Frontline Connect
- Lead the marketing efforts for Frontline Connect , ensuring the product is effectively positioned in the market.
- Collaborate with product development to shape the roadmap, based on market needs and feedback from partners and customers.
- Develop sales enablement materials, case studies, and marketing collateral to support the sales teams.
- Customer and Market Expansion
- Identify new business opportunities, both directly and through channel partners, to expand the company’s footprint in the SMB space.
- Oversee sales processes from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer satisfaction.
- Manage key client relationships and partnerships, building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
- Financial and Performance Management
- Oversee sales and marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources while maximizing return on investment (ROI).
- Monitor financial performance and regularly report on sales and marketing metrics to the CEO and executive team.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration
- Work closely with other departments (product development, customer support, operations) to ensure alignment across business initiatives.
- Provide feedback from the sales and marketing front lines to inform business strategies and operational improvements.
Work Environment: This job operates in a remote office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones. The team member is expected to provide their own computer equipment. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position, and core hours of work and days are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PT. This position may require some weekend work and work outside of core hours for client needs and meetings.
Travel: Ability to travel for executive meetings.
Required Education and Experience
- Experience: 10+ years of leadership experience in sales and marketing, ideally within the CCaaS, BPO, or technology industries. Proven experience in managing referral and partner channels such as Telarus.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience building and managing high-performing teams.
- Sales Expertise: Proven success in developing strategic sales plans, managing large deals, and working with referral partners.
- Marketing Acumen: Strong background in digital marketing, product marketing, and lead generation.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the CCaaS, BPO, and professional services landscape, with experience working in the SMB market.
- Financial Acumen: Experience with budgeting, sales forecasting, and managing revenue targets.
