The Accounting Clerk plays a key role in supporting the financial planning and analysis functions of the organization. This role is responsible for monitoring and controlling financial performance, analyzing variances, and providing insights to support decision-making. The Accounting Clerk will work closely with various departments to ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, while also identifying areas for cost savings and operational improvements. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of financial processes to help drive the company’s financial success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide controlling and financial support across various business areas
  • Full support on month-end closing process
  • Creates, organizes and manages daily, weekly and monthly reporting, including financial results as presented to senior management team
  • Manage ad-hoc requests/projects as requested by the Reporting and Controlling Manager
  • Ensures all reports and disclosures comply with applicable professional standards and organizational policies
  • Monitors balance sheet accounts to ensure timely resolution of reconciling items.
  • Liaises with senior management team and other internal customers
  • Evaluates data, prepares forecasts, and analyzes trends for Balance Sheet forecast
