Position Overview:

A successful Customer Service and Sales Associate will provide exceptional customer service, develop product knowledge, and contribute to a positive retail experience.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver solution-oriented and friendly service to customers
• Effectively communicate sales and promotions
• Assist in receiving and replenishing merchandise
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards
• Accurately process all register transactions

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Retail experience preferred
• Customer-centric with excellent communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds

Compensation:

$17.00 - $18.62/hour
