Associate Childcare Director

Associate Director:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure effective operation of childcare school as well as supervision of school staff.
2. Manage delivery of quality early childhood education program.
3. Build enrollment to operate school at capacity.
4. Establish positive parent relations, demonstrate knowledge of legal regulations and standards.
5. Manage POS system, employee labor and training schedule, and oversee office management, purchasing and inventory.
6. Responsible for opening and closing the school at least 50% of the time.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

1. Must meet state licensing requirements for education.
2. Must meet all standards and requirements relating to education and experience as set by the state and accreditation agent.
3. Minimum high school diploma. Preferred: bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, child development or related field.
4. Must have at least two years of experience in a licensed childcare center with at least one year as a Lead Teacher or supervising a childcare program.
5. Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet Company standards to act as a Bus Driver.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• After school
• Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
