We’re looking for:
- Someone who truly enjoys helping people - you never approach a problem as “one size fits all” but creatively resolve issues based on each person’s unique needs
- Are excited to help people day in and out as you navigate a complex system with urgency and finesse.
- Have high horse-power and are energized by providing high volume and high quality support in a fast-paced environment
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills with the highest attention to detail
- Are willing to spend some of your time in an office with like-minded individuals
- Do not have a healthcare background (or are willing to forget everything you have learned)
- Ability to work from our Seattle office location (Benaroya Hall area)
Compensation $22 per hour
