A School-Based Therapist - High School is needed in East Providence, RI.

The area is predominantly residential with elegant waterfront property, numerous apartment complexes, and recreational amenities, including the East Bay Bike Path, Turner Reservoir Walking Trail, and Looff Carousel.
This position is with a community-based, nonprofit organization that provides primary, behavioral, and dental healthcare to the residents of Rhode Island.
Salary and Benefits:
- The salary range is $82,000 - $88,000 based on experience
- Language Differential – 5% Additional Salary
- Medical Insurance (Starting at $64.69 for Employee / $312.25 for Family per Pay Period)
- Dental Insurance ($0 for Employee / $36.81 for Family per Pay Period)
- Vision Insurance ($3.50 for Employee / $9.21 for Family per Pay Period)
- Eligible for Student Loan Repayment – Up to $50,000
- Eligible for Rhode Island Health Professionals Loan Repayment Program

Responsibilities:
- Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Follows School Calendar for Summers, Vacations, Holidays Off
- School-based Health Center
- Integrated Medical and Behavioral Health Environment
- Adolescent Population – East Providence High School Students
- Brief Individual Therapy of 3 Months and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
- Psychoeducational Group Therapy onsite at East Providence High School
- Caseload Average: 35 Individual Clients plus Groups
- Weekly Productivity Target: 25 Individual / Group Appointments Kept
- EMR: NextGen
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work
- Current And Active License in Rhode Island Required
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
- Experience with Co-occurring Disorders / Dual Diagnosis Required
- Experience with Trauma and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) preferred
