Our Newest Opportunity:

The Associate Account Manager (AAM) works closely and collaboratively with the internal Benefits Consultants and/or Client Executives and service team to ensure both new business and renewal service deliverables meet and exceed client expectations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  1. Works closely with Benefits Consultants and/or Client Executives to manage the entire renewal process
  2. Generate RFPs, market benefits to competing insurers, and follow up/collect bids
  3. Analyze bids received and generate renewal/new sales proposals
  4. Complete new business & renewal paperwork with clients
  5. Submit and follow-up on new business & renewal submissions to insurers
  6. Update Benefit Guides & provide clients with annual renewal compliance items
  7. Assists clients with 5500 form filings, as applicable
  8. Assist with building and managing of Benefit portals
  9. Closing out renewals in CRM/D365 system
  10. Assists with employee open enrollment presentations

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

  1. Strong attention to detail
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
  3. Familiar with database applications
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  5. Ability to build strong lasting relationships
  6. Strong organizational skills
  7. Must be self-motivated and disciplined
  8. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment

Education, Training and Experience:

  1. Prior experience in group benefits, preferred but not required
  2. Thorough knowledge of health and ancillary products; preferred but not required
  3. Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products; required
  4. Familiarity and practical knowledge of quoting process and tools; preferred but not required
  5. Experience with database applications, preferred but not required

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
