We are seeking a contract Recruiting Coordinator to work onsite with our client in Santa Monica, CA. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Recruiting team to help find top talent and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Schedule, facilitate, and host phone, video, and onsite interviews.
  • Organize, prioritize, and monitor scheduling requests through our internal ticketing system.
  • Communicate as-needed with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and other parties involved with the interview process.
  • Reschedule and problem-solve as needed when candidate interview schedules require changes.
  • Greet, host, and close out candidates during their onsite visit.


Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree required.
  • 1+ years of coordination experience, recruiting or HR preferred.
  • Someone with a knack for organization who can bring order to chaos.
  • An effective problem solver who is able to think and react quickly.
  • Able to work well in high ­volume scenarios.
  • An excellent communicator who enjoys fostering new relationships.
  • Focused on creating a great candidate experience.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, scheduling tools, and the Google Suite.
