The Role

Concretely, you will work on various projects in different industries. You'll be in regular contact with clients and will build a thorough understanding of their business strategy and specific needs in terms of energy transition. You will define, with the project team, the to-be organization processes and technologies and develop a workbook for making them succeed.

Your role in one sentence: bridging the gap between technology and management .

This may include:

• Assess and identify emerging trends in energy technology, energy transition, customer behavior, and partnerships in line with the organization’s energy strategy.
• Analyze and explain technical constraints of different energy sourcing (e.g., heat pump versus gas boiler).
• Make comparison scenarios between different energy sourcing (gas, hydro, voltaic) and between different sources of procurement (purchase, lease).
• Help our client to set up their energy sharing in renewable energy communities.
• Package a process intelligence with a technical energy measurement and a tool/software to process the collected data.
• Design surveys and discovery sessions, prepare and conduct interviews, facilitate focus group meetings to gather requirements.
• Guide a team through problem definition, issue identification, and workplan development using problem-solving principles and past experiences.
• Be responsible for delivery of assigned tasks within the delivery cycle of a project.

Your Profile

• Master's degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering.
• Demonstrate working knowledge or relevant experience (4-6 years) in one of the following areas: engineering, designs, studies, or projects offices.
• Background in Energy/Utilities projects or sector is a plus.
• Able to understand the reality at the client.
• Keen on working in a team.
• Good command of Microsoft Suite; knowledge of some data analytics tools (Power BI) and ERPs is a plus.
• Analytical and critical mindset with an eye for detail.
• You have a passion for Energy transition and are eager to learn.
• Fluent in French or Dutch with a good working knowledge of the second country language and English.
• Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment.
