Your Role and Impact:

As the Director/Senior Director of Pharmacokinetics and Clinical Pharmacology , you will be instrumental in driving the development of next-generation oncology therapies. Your leadership will be crucial in:

  • Innovative Research: Spearhead clinical pharmacology programs and steer regulatory decisions to advance groundbreaking therapies.
  • Cutting-Edge Analysis: Utilize state-of-the-art pharmacometrics methodologies, including population pharmacokinetic modeling, exposure-response analyses, and physiological-based pharmacokinetic modeling.
  • Strategic Leadership: Oversee clinical pharmacology studies, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution, while fostering a culture of excellence.


What You’ll Do:

  • Expert Guidance: Provide authoritative input on all aspects of clinical pharmacology, from drug discovery to clinical development.
  • Scientific Leadership: Author and review clinical protocols, study reports, and regulatory documents (INDs, NDAs, IBs).
  • Advanced Modeling: Employ advanced software tools like Phoenix WinNonlin, NONMEM, R, and SAS for pharmacometrics analysis.
  • Collaborative Management: Engage with CROs, ensuring compliance with quality standards and timelines, while writing scientific publications that highlight your groundbreaking work.


What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience: A Ph.D. or PharmD with at least 10 years in pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacokinetics, clinical pharmacology, or related fields.
  • Expertise: Proven track record in pharmacometrics, including study design, data analysis, and modeling.
  • Skills: Proficiency in modeling software (e.g., Phoenix WinNonlin, NONMEM), a deep understanding of drug development, and excellent management and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a positive attitude and superior work ethic.
