Job Requirements / Description
Our Client, an Energy services company, is looking for a EHS Analyst for their New York, NY location.
Responsibilities:
Working with Client’s Third Party Administrator (Gregory and Howe) on the implementation of Client Drug and Alcohol Program and DOT Commercial Drivers Program
Submit needed records for MVRs.
Support internal resource in making notifications and arrangements for on site random drug testing.
Support DOT statistical reporting
Requirements:
Scheduling, tracking, reporting on onsite medical exams including.
DOT physicals including needed submittals to DMV
Audiograms including all notifications to employees’ supervisors and managers
OSHA Respirator Fit Tests
Asbestos and lead related exams as needed
Creating the 2025 exam plan and schedule
Minimum HS diploma or GED required, prefer associates degree.
Required 3-5 years clerical experience with a preference for past compliance and DOT experience.
