  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Systems Engineering Lead to join our team.
  • As the IT Systems Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our organization's CI/CD pipelines and ensuring adherence to company and regulatory policies and standards.

We will count on you to:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless integration and deployment of software applications across various environments.
  • Develop and enforce S-SDLC best practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to identify and implement automation opportunities, streamlining the software development life cycle.
  • Perform and support deployment and maintenance of applications and systems as needed, including outside business hours.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to CI/CD and S-SDLC compliance, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our software development processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to CI/CD and S-SDLC compliance, and provide regular reports on progress and achievements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to development teams on CI/CD and S-SDLC best practices, tools, and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with security teams to ensure the integration of security controls and practices into the CI/CD pipelines, ensuring the delivery of secure and reliable software applications.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, preferably using industry-standard tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and/or Octopus.
  • Strong understanding of S-SDLC best practices, including secure coding principles, vulnerability management, and threat modeling.
  • In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile or DevOps, and experience in driving their adoption within an organization.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Node.js).

What Makes You Stand Out:

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with pipeline security tools (e.g., SysDig, Snyk, ZAP) and code quality tools (e.g., PMD, Jacoco).
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability principles and tools (e.g., Prometheus, Splunk, DataDog).

The applicable base salary range for this role is $116,600 to $174,700. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
