Ohome Inc. is a manufacturer and wholesaler specializing in SPC flooring (stone-plastic composite). With our own factory in China, we sell directly to clients and operate two warehouses in Anaheim and Chino, California. To support our business expansion, we are looking for a skilled Sales Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify potential customers and develop market opportunities.
2. Manage and maintain customer relationships, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
3. Assist clients with order processing and provide efficient solutions.
4. Communicate with customers to resolve issues and enhance satisfaction.
5. Participate in sales meetings and provide market feedback and strategy insights.
Requirements:
1. Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with strong communication abilities.
2. Technical Skills: Proficient in computer use and office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Email).
3. Work Authorization: Must have legal work authorization in the U.S.
4. Experience Preferred: Previous experience in building materials, flooring, or wholesale sales is a plus.
5. Personal Qualities: Ability to work independently and within a team, with resilience and a goal-oriented mindset.
6. Mobility: Must be flexible with travel for client visits and market exploration.
Compensation:
• Probation Period: One month, base salary of $3000/month + 3% commission.
• After Probation: Salary adjustment based on performance, with competitive commission incentives.
