**Job Description:**
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a cardiac telemetry unit.
- Monitor and evaluate patients' cardiac rhythms and report any deviations from the norm.
- Administer medications and perform interventions based on patient assessments and facility guidelines.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to create, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Assist with post-operative care for patients with conditions like thoracotomy, lobectomy, and other surgical and medical diagnoses.
- Engage in continuous patient and family education regarding ongoing health needs.
- Utilize electronic health records (EHR) and other hospital systems for documentation and communication purposes.
