**Job Description:**
- Full-time, 40 hours per week expected.
- Ensure comprehensive care and support for patients as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Collaborate with licensed physical therapists to implement patient care plans effectively.
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and activities designed to improve mobility and strength.
- Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress and responses to therapy.
- Adhere to all safety and privacy regulations while providing patient care.
- Conduct 2 Step PPD or Quantiferon tests or provide proof of a positive PPD and chest X-ray.
- Engage in background checks including County, Federal, Multi-State Criminal Searches, and Nationwide Sex Offender Search for the past 7 years.
- Perform HHS/OIG, GSA, and SAM searches.
- Complete Social Security Number Trace and Iowa SING Background verification.
- Provide professional references (3) and present a complete resume.
