Job Title: Tool and Die MakerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Tool and Die Technician who will be responsible for working with Transfer and Progressive Dies. The candidate will set up dies in the press, troubleshoot dies inside and outside of the press, and perform industrial maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting on machines. The role also involves general maintenance, machining parts using manual mills and lathes, tool cutting, welding (MIG, ARC, Stick & Tig), fabrication, and blueprint reading. This is a direct hire position in a union facility (UAW Local 12), with a 2% shift premium for off-shift hours.
