Job Summary:
The IT App Developer II collaborates with an experienced software engineering team to deliver Manufacturing Systems solutions, utilizing both custom-developed software applications and configured products.
This role involves designing, coding, testing, and debugging applications while ensuring timely delivery to meet project milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with a software engineering team to develop Manufacturing Systems solutions.
  • Quickly learn new skills and technologies as needed.
  • Create and perform unit tests on developed components to ensure functionality.
  • Design, code, test, debug, and document applications for various projects.
  • Work effectively at different levels within project teams to achieve project goals.
  • Deliver solutions in a timely manner to meet project milestones.
  • Translate requirements into technical solutions with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
  • 3+ years of .NET development experience, preferably with .NET Core or C#.
  • Experience working with IT systems in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience with source code management tools like Git or TFS.
  • Good understanding of Object-Oriented Design and Analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently, prioritizing effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Manufacturing Systems (e.g., Siemens Opcenter Ex, Camstar).
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and the Angular framework.
  • Knowledge of UI design and UX concepts.
  • Understanding of relational databases and SQL query language (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).
