Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring a seamless dining experience for all guests.
- Lead and mentor a team of servers, bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff, fostering a culture of professionalism and teamwork.
- Maintain the highest standards of service, ambiance, and cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to ensure the availability of premium ingredients and supplies.

- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with grace and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create and refine menus that align with the restaurant’s brand and guest expectations.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, preparing reports for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-end dining establishment, preferably in a steakhouse or similar setting.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong understanding of fine dining standards, wine pairings, and luxury service.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.

Requirements:
