Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team and uphold the high standards that our guests have come to expect. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the restaurant industry, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to excellence in service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring a seamless dining experience for all guests.
  • Lead and mentor a team of servers, bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff, fostering a culture of professionalism and teamwork.
  • Maintain the highest standards of service, ambiance, and cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to ensure the availability of premium ingredients and supplies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability while controlling costs.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with grace and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create and refine menus that align with the restaurant’s brand and guest expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, preparing reports for senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-end dining establishment, preferably in a steakhouse or similar setting.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong understanding of fine dining standards, wine pairings, and luxury service.
  • Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience at every touchpoint.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
