Manager, FP&A:
The FP&A Manager is responsible for completing strategy developed by Executive Leadership. This individual will have ownership of creating financial and operational budgets across all departments and providing progress updates to the business regarding these initiatives. The FP&A Manager will be expected to partner with business leaders on a frequent cadence to provide the support needed to make the best business decisions. This manager will also be responsible for creating new professional and insightful reporting to internal and external partners. It is expected that this individual will be knowledgeable in all aspects of the business, and deliver accurate, timely, and impactful information. The manager will be responsible for developing the FP&A analysts, who will provide analytical support daily. This role is a key driver of the company’s success, and this individual will make a valuable impact on the organization.
What You'll Do:
- Partner closely with the business to understand and optimize the drivers for our financial forecasts and budgets and accurately project performance accordingly.
- Produce various recurring and ad-hoc financial reports that measure financial performance and track against enterprise Key Performance Indicators.
- Responsible for daily projections of monthly Sales/DGP/EBITDA to Leadership Team, applying trend analysis as well as expected unique events.
- Monitor product line performance and collaborate with product managers on additional margin recovery and capture efforts.
- Ensure data integrity and system alignment across entity and alongside parent company financial systems.
- Perform other related duties as required or requested.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Finance or Accounting from fully accredited four-year institution is required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years’ experience in corporate accounting, audit compliance, US GAAP, and/or financial analysis.
- CPA/CMA/CFA strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, particularly with advanced spreadsheet tools.
- Working knowledge of GAAP and financial statements.
- Capable of clear and concise interpersonal communication (oral/written/presentation).
- Strong work ethic and leadership qualities.
- Experience with Microsoft Great Plains and CRM Dynamics beneficial.
- Knowledge and experience working with MS Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey ideas and suggestions via multiple modes of communication.
- Exhibits versatility and adaptability while interacting with others.
- Ability to work well independently as well as within a team environment.
- Demonstrates sound judgment and critical thinking.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines in a high-volume environment.
Pay Rate: $125,300 - $187,900; actual pay may be subject to geography and experience.
