Our client is looking for a Active Directory Analyst. As an Active Directory Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting user access and permissions within the Active Directory environment. You will provide technical support to end-users, ensuring efficient resolution of access-related issues and maintaining security protocols. Additionally, you will collaborate with IT teams to implement and enforce directory policies and procedures. This position is onsite Monday-Friday.
Required Skills:
1 year of experience with Active Directory
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Experience client facing and dealing with technical issues in a timely manor
Preferred Skills:
Bachelors degree
