Senior Product Manager

As part of our highly successful Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) business that is in the heart of Connected Care at Philips you will be focusing on Magnetic Resonance Patient Care (MRPC) product development and introduction.

Your role:

  • Driving definition, development and introduction of the MR patient monitors and associated accessories and supplies, in line with category strategy, to both untap new market segments and grow traditional markets.
  • Enabling and supporting Research & Development and programs using the Philips Product Development Launch and Maintenance (PDLM) Process to introduce new products to market.
  • Creating the Global launch plan for a new product/service introductions.
  • Managing claims development and working with the markets on evidence generation programs.
  • Developing, owning, and executing on the multi-year Global Strategic Marketing plan to grow the existing MR Patient Care business, ensure excellence in execution in cooperation with the Regional marketing teams and local market teams.
  • Collaborating with market intelligence, sales, marketing, and customers (VoC) to create competitive intelligence that can support value proposition, positioning and segmentation.
  • Working closely with industry & business partners.
  • Owning content strategy for increasing awareness, differentiation and demand generation.
  • Working with the central marketing team for asset creation, campaigns, collateral, and event planning.
  • Defining creative ways to shape the market through thought leadership, KOL management, customer testimonials and user groups.
  • Analyzing qualitative and quantitative market, customer and portfolio data in order to identify trends in the market, and translate them in opportunities and actions.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have 5 plus years’ experience in up & downstream marketing; product marketing experience highly preferred as well as knowledge of regulated medical products industry.
  • Your skills include defining marketing mix, channel strategies and successful product launches in the MedTech industry and the ability to travel 25-30% of the time.
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field with MBA or master’s degree preferable.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • You’re a real team-player with a positive can-do attitude, strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality who knows how to get things done in a matrix organization and must have excellent verbal, written, analytical and presentation skills.
