Looking for an opportunity to be in a leadership role, while still doing some direct reserving work? Growing P&C insurer seeks a Head of Reserving - Financial Lines & Specialty. This individual will manage the reserving process for assigned business units, conduct reserve-related projects in collaboration with other reserving leaders, and lead a team of actuaries. (#56110)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• FCAS or Career ACAS
• 8+ years of reserving experience
• Previous management experience
• Background in commercial lines
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
• Proficiency in ResQ

Compensation:

• $205 - 246K
