Technical Product Manager

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES:
We are seeking a technical product manager who is responsible for defining product/project requirements with stakeholders and analyzing & developing the procedures for management and technical duties. He/she will need to make sure the product/project business goals, time frames, and create required processes with cross-functional teams for the overall management and planning.
Responsibilities:
Analyze, develop and document requirements of implementation per business request.
Assign the tasks of technical implementations to the right teams and communicate further required actions to complete the project.
Excellent communication skills required; PM must have no problem providing frequent updates in written format to the leadership ad-hoc basis.
Determine and define the clear deliverables from business stakeholders and complete the jobs with associate teams to meet the goals.
Responsible for Updating and maintaining all the production data as it is required for the team s specific of requests.
Examine all the management and technical processes to ensure that they are delivered as expected.
Able to translate complex information into common terms
Strong organization, facilitation and administration skills
Strong written and oral communications skills including presentation skills
Strong problem-solving skills and organizational/data management skills
Strong ability to understand, analyze and solve business problems
Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and MS Visio
Must be a self-starter, able to work independently and take initiative to find solutions
Excels in building relationships with the business users, Retailers and partner organizations
