Job Details

We are seeking a Commercial Account Manager to service and manage a book of mid-large commercial accounts. The role involves responding to client inquiries, consulting on policy changes and risk management, and maintaining professional client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of commercial accounts
• Consulting with clients on policy changes and risk management concerns
• Marketing and quoting new business and account renewals
• Researching and compiling answers to client policy and coverage questions

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of insurance industry experience servicing commercial accounts
• Property and Casualty license
• CIC, CPCU, or other relevant insurance designations a plus
• Experience with insurance software such as Applied (TAM or EPIC) or AMS360 preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
