Description
We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to become an integral part of our team! You will compile data, compute charges, and prepare invoices.
Responsibilities:

• Accounts payable,
• Accounts receivable,
• Invoicing,
• Assist with daily collections payment postings
• Assist sales with client requests,
• Maintain client ACH database,
• and other tasks as assigned by controller
• Calculate costs of goods and services
• Track and record deliveries to customers
• Distribute invoices for sales review
• Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
• Perform all other office tasks

?Qualifications:

• Associate degree (AA) or Equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; High School graduate or equivalent.
