Responsibilities:
- Organizes and supervises shifts to ensure smooth operations.
- Promotes a positive service-oriented culture and fun teamwork environment.
- Ensures the entire team adheres to company operation policies and procedures.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with effective follow-through.
Shift Manager Qualifications:
- Must be 18 or older to apply.
- 2-3 years of restaurant experience within a leadership role.
- Food Handler certification may be required.
- Understands and adheres to proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards.
