Key Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Partner with leadership and internal stakeholders to map key accounts; prospect new business with the support of Strategic Program Managers, Channel representatives, and Marketing.
  2. Partner closely with Darktrace Subject Matter Experts, Technical Account Managers and Threat Analysts to address complicated use cases and deliver Proof of Values (POVs) to prospective clients.
  3. Build lasting, critical relationships with your client base to develop an effective and comprehensive roadmap; drive upsell opportunities that align with your customers’ long-term security goals.
  4. Manage renewals for your book of business in partnership with the strategic customer success team.

Qualifications & Experience

  1. 5+ years full cycle sales experience with a complex sale at the Enterprise level (Essential)
  2. Experience selling software to Fortune 500/Strategic Accounts (Essential)
  3. Experience of working within the Security Industry (Essential)
  4. Ability to work autonomously – but also co-ordinate with multi-disciplined teams (Essential)
  5. Ability to leverage existing network in developing your client base within your first 6-9 months.
