We are seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator to join our team at a large senior living community in Redmond, WA. Join a team of compassionate professionals to provide exceptional care for seniors.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and mentor CNAs and Caregivers
• Ensure team compliance with resident care regulations
• Create schedules and approve timecards

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a caregiver in Assisted Living
• Active CNA or HCA License with Nurse Delegation
• 2 years of management/ leadership experience
• Scheduling experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
