Job Description
3 days a week in a CJ office location - Hybrid
You must be work authorized in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
As part of an established Data Science team, you will get to ideate-build-deploy analytics capabilities for business and clients, end to end. You will support brand name clients across a variety of industries including Retail Services, Travel, Finance, and more. You will also work directly with our business stakeholders across our internal departments.

- Work with Big Data and related platforms (PySpark, Scala, SQL, Databricks)

- Draw prescriptive and predictive insights from data and provide consultation to business leaders
- Manage timelines of projects and priorities
- Consistently drive and enhance our client's Performance Marketing programs
- Own and be accountable for data efficacy, detail, and client responsibility
Qualifications
What we look for:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., data analytics, data science, statistics, economics, mathematics, computer science) or significant relevant coursework/experience
- Experience in the Ecommerce industry
- Presentation skills with internal stakeholders and external clients
- Professional experience or course certifications demonstrating proficiency in Python, R, or SQL
- Professional experience or course certifications demonstrating proficiency in Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Sisense, Microstrategy or other BI solutions
- Able to draw actionable insights and recommendations leveraging BI tools such as Tableau/PowerBI
- Strong interest and desire to learn and advance your skills in the Analytics domain
- Detailed Problem Solving and Communication with Internal Business Stakeholders and our External Clients
