Pizza Shuttle - General Manager
As the General Manager of Pizza Shuttle, you’ll be the driving force behind our restaurant’s continued success. You’ll lead a team of over 65 talented employees, including an Assistant General Manager and 4-5 Shift Managers, to deliver exceptional service, maintain the highest standards of quality, and ensure smooth daily operations. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader with strong food and beverage expertise who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all functions.
- Motivate, coach, and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence and ownership.
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and drive profitability while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Oversee product quality, cleanliness, and safety to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members, empowering them to reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with the management team to create a positive, customer-focused environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- A proven track record of leadership and team development in the food and beverage industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills .
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- A self-driven attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Availability for a variety of shifts, including weekends and on-call as needed.
- A degree in Business, Hospitality, or Culinary Arts is preferred but not required.

Pay: $100,000 - $120,000 / year
