**Job Description:**
- Experience in a Level I trauma center is highly preferred.
- Ability to float across various ICU environments including neuro/trauma, surgical, medical, cardiac, and critical care.
- Competency in managing ICU patients in progressive care units and emergency department settings while awaiting bed placement.
- Background in 600+ bed academic hospitals with at least 1.5 years of relevant experience is advantageous.
- Open to candidates with 2 years of cumulative travel and permanent experience in ICU settings.
