UGL’s in-house engineering and design capability, together with our strong project delivery and operations and maintenance expertise puts us in a strong position in the market. Our target project opportunities include Solar, Battery Energy Storage Systems, and Wind Projects, as well as Hydrogen and Ammonia projects.

The UGL New Energy Team is currently seeking an additional Site Administrator to work on our existing Battery Storage System (BESS) Project located in Collie, Western Australia (WA).

About the role
Location will be Collie project site
The Site Administrator is responsible for providing professional administration support in the day-to-day operations as required on project.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  1. Coordinate visitor travel, accommodation, and site access
  2. Preparing meeting minutes, meeting notes and internal support material
  3. Maintaining site roster
  4. Assisting with all aspects of administrative management, directory maintenance, logistics, equipment inventory and storage
  5. Coordinating between departments and operating units in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational issues

Your skills and experience:

  1. Previous site-based experience preferred.
  2. Meticulous attention to detail.
  3. The ability to prioritize tasks and effective time management.
  4. Strong computer skills with intermediate-advanced level knowledge of MS Office applications
  5. Well-developed organizational skills with the capacity to multitask.
