This position will be a contributing member of the Professional Service team that is focused on our on-premise and hosted cloud offerings. The Professional Service team is responsible for the implementation of the offerings that convert to billable projects. The ideal member will have project management skills along with implementation technical experience. The technical needs will need to be heavily geared towards understanding, managing, implementing, and supporting the Centracs ATMS and Mobility product. Integration, Training, troubleshooting across various offered modules is required.
DUTIES

  • Collaboration with the Professional team and other internal departments to ensure profitable project performance
  • Deploy/train/document/troubleshoot Centracs ATMS and Mobility projects. A very high knowledge of services is required
  • Perform system acceptance testing if required by project. Perform database conversions - create customer traffic controller database from provided plans if required by project.
  • Perform Signal as a Service (SaaS) - provide consulting services for customer needs. Customer facing - handle and resolve customer's concerns
  • Review bid and proposal requirements and specifications and assist in the development of technical proposal responses including estimates of technical development and integration including material and subcontract content
  • Support business development activities on-site including demonstrations, customer training, and oral interviews
  • Performs other duties as required and assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
  • A 4-year technical degree or 5+ years technical industry experience.
  • Excellent communications skills, written and verbal.
  • Project Management skills
  • Experience within the Traffic Signal industry is required.
  • Computer literate with common applications such as: MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
  • Understand remote access technologies. i.e. Cisco VPN, Nortel VPN, Microsoft Remote Desktop.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT

COMPENSATION
The base pay range for this full-time exempt position is $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year plus benefits. Pay ranges are determined by various factors, including role, experience, and location. The pay range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire base pay rates for this position. Within the range, actual individual compensation is determined by various factors, including location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
