Position Type: Full - Time
Essential Functions:
- Provide technical assistance to computer users.
- Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, via telephone, or electronically.
- Provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word-processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.
- Other duties as assigned or required.
Qualifications and Experience:
Required:
- Candidate must possess excellent analytical, writing, and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment
Desired:
- Desire to tackle new challenges and willingness to support software testing and training functions when needed as surge support
Security Clearance:
Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.
Education:
BS or BA degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Mathematics, or Management related discipline.
