Korpack is looking for a highly organized and independent individual for this role to manage its 150,000 sq. ft. warehouse facility. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the seamless integration of production processes with distribution and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both production and warehouse management, ensuring the efficient flow of goods from manufacturing to distribution, ultimately optimizing the entire supply chain.

What Your Day will Consist of:
- Responsible for using knowledge of software programs and business strategies to help companies maximize productivity and communication.
- Quickly understand the goals of the business to create and execute solutions for its betterment.
- Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge.
- Utilization and process improvement of ERP system and WMS to manage profitability. Incorporate best practice resources/tools (ERP/scanners/inventory management software/WMS)
Production Oversight
- Manage and optimize co-packing/contract packaging/fulfilment processes to ensure efficient and timely production of goods.
- Collaborate with production teams to maintain quality standards and meet production targets.
Warehouse and Distribution Management
- Supervise warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving activities.
- Coordinate the efficient flow of products from production facilities to distribution centers.
Supply Chain Integration
- Develop and implement strategies to seamlessly integrate production and distribution processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production schedules with inventory needs.
Logistics and Routing
- Optimize transportation routes and distribution channels to minimize costs and delivery times.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation.
- Korpack fleet route optimization
Inventory Control
- Implement effective inventory control measures to prevent insufficient or overstock situations within ERP system and WMS.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
Cost Management
- Identify cost-saving opportunities in both production and distribution operations.
- Work to improve overall efficiency and reduce operational expenses.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure that products meet quality standards at every stage of the supply chain.
- Implement quality control measures to minimize defects and returns.
Team Leadership
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse and production personnel.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Assist with special projects as requested.

What You Need to Bring to the Role
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in both production and warehouse/distribution management roles.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, and inventory management.
Desired Experience
- Co-packing and Production services experience
