Software Engineer (Dart/Flutter)

Harmonia Holdings Group has an exciting opportunity for a Software Engineer (Dart/Flutter) to join our team.

Required Qualifications:

• Employer-based sponsorship is not available
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related degree with 2 years of experience, or 4 – 6 years of related work experience including system analysis, software design, Java development
• Citizens or permanent residents with at least 3 years of residency only.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Designing, developing, testing, maintaining, and deploying software in the Flutter framework and Dart language.
• Developing user interface components and implementing them by following well-known Flutter / Dart workflows and practices.
• Experience developing web-based applications and services using Java EE, JSP, JDBC, JavaScript, REST, Spring, Hibernate, Oracle, React.js
• Experience with the following technologies: HTML, EXT-JS, AJAX, XML, jQuery
• Support tracking and versioning of software in a Git repository.
• Experience with Agile Scrum development methodologies
• Understanding of unit testing and associated frameworks, e.g. JUnit
• Ability to research, design, plan, and implement solutions for challenging problems
• Support critical business functions through the development, implementation, and maintenance of applications and systems
• Ability to work well and collaborate with peers in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Desired Skills

• Experience developing mobile and browser-based applications
• Experience with Flutter development frameworks

Work Location:

• FULLY REMOTE FOR CANDIDATES OUTSIDE OF THE DC, Maryland and Virginia AREA.
• McLean, VA Office. This role is a hybrid position and needs someone who can be onsite 4 to 8 times per month as needed.
