The Moran Company ( is pleased to partner with Horizon Healthcare Partners to recruit the organization’s next Chief Executive Officer.
Located in East Providence, Rhode Island, Horizon Healthcare Partners (HHP) ( was formed in 2010 by four community mental health centers to share services and build capacity. Today, HHP is a non-profit recognized by the state of Rhode Island that supports seven recovery-oriented, community-based organizations. HHP acts as a supporting corporation hub, an intermediary, a broker, and a networker on behalf of its member organizations.
The Horizon Healthcare Partners Board of Directors seeks an innovative, experienced, and highly skilled CEO to work collaboratively with the Board of Directors, member organizations, and key community partners to lead and support all areas of the organization’s scope of services.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Advanced degree.
- At least 5 years of senior management experience.
- Track record of effectively leading and scaling a performance and outcomes-based organization.
As the administrative leader of Horizon Healthcare Partners, the CEO will effectively represent the organization and ensure all functions and services are focused on its mission. The successful candidate must possess a strong ability and desire to support the mission and staff of Horizon Healthcare Partners.
The CEO will receive a competitive salary commensurate with education and experience along with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k retirement plan, vacation time, sick leave, and paid holidays. The salary range for this position will be $189,000 - $200,000.
