Job Summary

The ACC Manager is responsible for building relationships with property managers in the assigned territory, selling AT&T’s innovative communication and entertainment products with a focus on AT&T Internet and AT&T TV products for high-speed internet and television. The Account Manager is responsible for leadership, profitability, growth, and direction of all sales activities in the region. Managing relationships is key to the success of the organization. Your proven experience in relationship management and demonstrated history of success in developing key accounts, as well as cultivating working relationships with the Executive Vice President, other Area Sales Leaders/ARSMs, and the Support Center Team, is critical to success.

  1. Initiate, build and maintain strategic relationships with AT&T Account Managers; Property Managers and leadership.
  2. Ensure market profitability through key initiatives, local partnerships, and motivating the sales team.
  3. Be the lead point of contact for AT&T Account Managers and Area Managers.
  4. Network to uncover additional sales opportunities and channels.
  5. Hold outside events at properties to promote AT&T products to new and existing residents.
  6. Assist clients with new orders as well as provide support for existing clients.
  7. Resolve complex account issues to ensure complete client satisfaction.
  8. Complete and maintain all required job and compliance training, including, but not limited to, sales process, Opus, AT&T, CPNI, Credit Application Process, etc.

Essential Physical Functions

  1. The employee frequently is required to mobilize around the work area, use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, and be present continuously at the workstation for extended periods of time.
  2. The employee must have the ability to use a computer mouse, keyboard, and other equipment typically found in an office or call center environment.

Essential Sensory Functions

  1. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk to customers and other employees and hear speech from customers and other employees.
  2. The employee will need to regularly interact and communicate with others, including but not limited to, face-to-face communications, over-the-phone communications, and chat messaging communications. The employee must be able to comprehend the subject of the communication and take appropriate action, if necessary.
  3. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, ability to adjust focus, read and interpret documents and instructions, frequent identification of letters, numbers, and symbols in a technology environment.

Work Environment

  1. While performing the duties and essential functions of this job, the employee is exposed to computer equipment and noise levels of a typical retail store environment, with the requisite level of noise associated with a wireless retail establishment.
  2. Travel is required.
  3. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Skills

  1. Three or more years of successful sales management experience with 2+ years wireless multi-unit retail wireless store leadership preferred.
  2. AT&T sales management experience preferred but not required.
  3. Demonstrated high ethical behavior, unquestionable integrity, and character in business transactions.
  4. Effective communication skills.
  5. Strong knowledge of common business applications (Web browsers, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, etc.).
  6. Experienced professional with a good balance of risk-taking and judgment, confidence and assertiveness, open-minded and flexible who demonstrates a "take charge" spirit.
  7. Read and interpret documents such as operating/maintenance/procedure instructions and safety rules.
  8. Write routine reports and business correspondence.
  9. Speak effectively before customers or team members of the organization whether individually or in groups.
  10. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service, including but not limited to, customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  11. Effectively interact with all levels of organizational staff and company personnel.
  12. Excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, written/oral communication, and customer service skills.
  13. Accept and implement verbal and written feedback.

Education And/or Experience

HS Diploma, BA or BS preferred in a related field or equivalent experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

  1. Valid Driver's License & Proof of Liability Insurance.

Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Commission Potential): $75,000.00+

Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.
