Responsibilities of the Coordinator position includes timely and accurate quality validation of member correspondence, including but not limited to: operational letters, ID cards, welcome kits and various other letter projects under the MCO team. The PV Coordinator team members are responsible to review pdf images for accurate member details using the correct template, and report issues for correction so letters print and mail to members within time restrictions.This position will act as an individual contributor and team player for any Print Validation initiatives. The PV Coordinator will use the available tools and systems to proof materials, document issues and inform of review outcomes in a timely manner to ensure all daily work is completed within the SLAs. The Coordinator will prepare files used for review and maintain tracking reports of all correspondence for record-keeping and metric support.The Print Validation Coordinator reports to the PV Supervisor and is responsible to collaborate with peers across teams to build and maintain strong professional relationships. Print validation operates 7 days a week. This position will have a late afternoon into evening hours work schedule that includes a weekend day and holidays.Required QualificationsMS Outlook work experience proven with Excel, Word and Acrobat programsQuality review experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWeekend and evening work schedule availabilityPreferred QualificationsPBM or healthcare experienceEducationCompleted high school diploma or GEDPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$17.00 - $25.65This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
