Hours : 8:30am - 5:00pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, other duties may be assigned:

  • Create and maintain 2D drawings and make minor changes to 3D models under the guidance of engineering, create necessary documentation for internal and external customers.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of 2D computer-aided drafting and drawing creation.
  • Ability to read prints and identify basic print components including title block, revision block, primary views, etc.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience creating vector-based artwork using Adobe Illustrator or equivalent software.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Working knowledge and experience with computer-aided design in a 3D environment.
  • Experience creating 2D prints in Pro/Engineer Wildfire 2.0.
  • Knowledge of Grayhill's ECN process and SD/PR system.

Additional Areas of Responsibility:

  • Create customer-specific artwork for Grayhill's standard 3D/3K/3J product lines.
  • Create and release drawings, bill-of-materials, and other documentation required for product release.
  • Review vendor samples to determine compliance to design standard(s).
