We are looking to add an additional Glaucoma Specialist to our fast-growing plastics practice. The incoming physician should expect to be busy (seeing 25 - 40 patients) in short order. We are seeking a physician who strives for excellence surgically and medically.
We are seeking a board certified/eligible Ophthalmologist who has completed fellowship training in Glaucoma.

Fraser Eye is a multi-specialty practice with a long-standing (40+ years) reputation for excellence in medical and surgical eye care, and the leading refractive practice in the state.
We have 5 large offices (Fraser, Warren, Royal Oak, Rochester Hills, and Port Huron) with state-of-the-art equipment and facilities. Our practice consists of 18 doctors, 13 Ophthalmologists, and 5 Optometrists, with an extensive PCP and optometric referral base, resulting in nearly 75,000 patient office visits a year.
We are proud to be physician-owned and run and have NO interest in private equity .
About Our Surgery Center
We have a relatively new on-site ASC (built in 2010) in our Fraser location that is 9,800 sq feet with 3 ORs and top-of-the-line eye surgical equipment including Alcon Wavelight system, Light Adjustable Light technology, KXL System, ORAs, and Centurions. The center runs very efficiently with in-house Anesthesiology coverage.
Research Opportunities
Our practice is actively involved in multi-centered research trials with a dedicated full-time research team. We have been involved in 28 different multi-centered trials . Additional compensation is provided to those interested in research, but it is not required.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a very competitive base salary ($375K) with a bonus structure. Our practice encourages partnerships. Doctors have the ability to buy into the real estate, clinic, and surgery center after being with us for 2 years.
