Our dynamic and successful Technology Group is seeking a full-time IT Systems Specialist based in our Minneapolis, MN office. As an IT Systems Specialist, you would be responsible for providing high-quality, essential information technology services and support to our employees and departments.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support and service to end users while working in the service desk.
2. Prioritize problems and escalate to the appropriate IT staff and support resources.
3. Accurately document instances of software/hardware failure, repair, installation, and removal.
4. Recommend, schedule, and perform PC hardware and peripheral equipment deployments, improvements, upgrades, and repairs.
5. Research, develop, and implement hardware and software installations that meet user needs.
6. Work environment is primarily onsite at our Minneapolis Office with opportunities for after-hours on-call rotation as assigned.
7. Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of a two-year associate degree in the field of computer science or technology.
2. Minimum of two years of successful, related experience in the same field of expertise.
3. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
4. ITIL process experience.
5. Experience with current desktop and server operating systems, Windows 11, and Endpoint Management (Intune experience desired).
6. Experience supporting end users in a virtual server environment such as Citrix or RDP is helpful but not required.
7. Experience with Collaboration Software (Conferencing, Audio/Video, Zoom, Teams, etc.).
8. Experience supporting users with Office 365 and Adobe products.
9. User Access Control and Provisioning following security best practices.
10. Experience with macOS is helpful but not required.
11. Security-based certifications or demonstrated knowledge is desired. A+, Network+ Certifications helpful but not required.
