Financial Reporting Senior

Banyan Search is assisting an exceptional client based in the Triad with their search for a Senior Financial Reporting Accountant. This position will support the financial reporting process including internal and external financial reporting.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with the monthly and quarterly closing process
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements
• Support the preparation and review of SEC filings including Form 10-K and Form 10-Q
• Perform account reconciliations
• Prepare analytical reviews of financial statements
• Assist with preparation of schedules for external auditors

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree Accounting or Finance
• Public accounting experience strongly required
• CPA preferred
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
• Strong communication skills
